基于增强实景的土地巡查系统研究与应用

【摘要】 研究了基于增强实景的土地执法动态巡查系统,该系统通过增强实景技术将违法用地信息通过巡查员所在的位置,随时随地提供给执法监察员。该技术的研究与应用,一方面增强了终端用户对违法用地和违法建设问题发现的及时性和定位的准确性;另一方面提高了土地巡查监管工作的直观性,让用户可直接在移动终端摄像头发现违法用地和违法建设问题。通过本文的研究与成果应用可以规范土地违法案件查处程序,有效管理案件查处过程中产生的各类案件查处证据,客观提供相关数据为国土资源管理服务。

【Abstract】 This paper examines the dynamic enforcement system of land enforcement based on Augmented Reality. The system enhances the real technology by providing the law enforcement inspector through the location of the inspector through the location of the inspector. The research and application of this technology on the one hand to enhance the end users of illegal land and illegal construction problems found and positioning accuracy; the other hand,improve the supervision of land inspection and supervision of the intuitive,so that users can directly in the mobile terminal camera found illegal land And illegal construction. Through the research and application of this paper,we can standardize the investigation and procedure of illegal land cases,effectively manage the various cases of investigation and prosecution in the course of investigation and investigation,and provide the relevant data for land and resources management services objectively.
