L形2 Ah锂离子电池的仿真、制备和性能

【摘要】 以LiNi0.5Co0.3Mn0.2O2(NCM532)为正极材料、人造石墨为负极材料,对L形电极结构进行仿真,分析1 C充放电时电极上的电流分布规律,研究不同电极浆料固含量的涂覆质量。采用相同工艺制备L形和常规方形软包装电池,以1 C在3. 00~4. 15 V充放电进行性能对比。充放电时,电极上的电流分布规律相同,最高温度出现在极耳附近,其他位置差异不大;正、负极浆料固含量分别为56%、45%时,涂覆质量最佳; L形电池的放电容量和内阻与方形电池相差小于1. 5%。循环50次,两种电池的容量保持率相差0. 09%,表明结构对电池性能的影响不大。

【Abstract】 LiNi0.5Co0.3Mn0.2O2(NCM532) was used as cathode material and artificial graphite material as anode material,the structure of L-shaped electrode was simulated. The current distribution law was analyzed when charged-discharged at 1 C,the coating quality of different electrode slurry solid content was researched. L-shaped and square pouch batteries were prepared with the same process,their performance was compared when charged-discharged at 1 A in 3. 00-4. 15 V. The current distribution law of the electrode was the same when charged-discharged at 1 C in 3. 00-4. 15 V. The highest temperature was near the tabs,the other parts showed little difference. The coating quality was best when the solid content of cathode and anode slurry were 56% and 45%,respectively. The discharge capacity and internal resistance of L-shaped battery were less than 1. 5% different from the square battery. When cycled 50 times,there was only 0. 09% difference in capacity retention between the two types of batteries,which showed that the structure had little effects on battery performance.
