非车载充电机多功能测试系统设计与应用
Design and application of multi-function test system for off-board charger
【摘要】 基于现行国家标准及行业标准,开发一套针对非车载充电机的多功能测试系统。与现有测试系统相比,本系统特应用电池和主从控制模式的电池管理系统(BMS)来模拟电动汽车,电压等级可调,直接还原非车载充电机的工况。系统涵盖了温升测试、输出电压误差测试、输出电流误差测试和安全可靠性测试。实验证明:4组输出电流实验误差均不超过0.3 A,输出电压误差不超过±0.5%,说明被测电机输出电流和电压精度良好。
【Abstract】 Based on current national standards and industry standards,a multi-function test system for off-board chargers was developed.Compared with the existing test system,the battery and master-slave control mode battery management system( BMS) was specially applied by the system to simulate the electric vehicle,the voltage level was adjustable,the working condition of the off-board charger was directly restored.Temperature rise test,output voltage error test,output current error test and safety reliability test were covered by the system.The experiment proved that the experimental error of the output current of the four groups did not exceed 0.3 A,the output voltage error did not exceed ± 0.5%,the output current and voltage accuracy of the tested motor were good.
