地屈孕酮对子宫内膜异位症患者子宫内膜组织中核心蛋白聚糖表达的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨地屈孕酮对子宫内膜异位症患者子宫内膜组织中核心蛋白聚糖的表达水平的影响。方法:收集子宫腺肌症患者58例,随机分为2组,对照组29例,给于保守治疗方案,给予止痛等对症治疗,观察组29例,给予地屈孕酮治疗,保守治疗12周后行手术治疗,术中切除异位内膜组织,制备标本后以免疫组化法检测2组患者术后标本子宫内膜中DCN的表达水平,观察组5例因症状缓解要求暂缓手术治疗。结果:对照组子宫内膜中27例DCN呈低表达,2例呈高表达;观察组中23例(95. 83%) DCN呈高表达,1例(4. 17%)呈低表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。2组患者异位内膜与在位内膜DCN表达差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05); 2组患者内膜细胞与间质细胞DCN表达差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论:地屈孕酮可促进子宫内膜异位症患者子宫内膜DCN表达。

【Abstract】 Objective: To detect the expression level of core proteoglycan in endometriosis tissues after treatment with dydrogesterone. Methods: A total of 58 patients with adenomyosis were randomly divided into 2 groups and 29 in the control group. They were given conservative treatment schemes and given symptomatic treatment such as analgesia,and 29 cases in the observation group were given dydrogesterone. Surgical treatment was performed after 12 weeks In the observation group. The expression of DCN in endometrium of the two groups of patients was detected. Results: Immunohistochemical results showed that DCN was low in 27 cases( 93. 10%) and high in 2 cases( 6. 90%) in the endometrium of the control group; DCN was highly expressed in 23 cases( 95. 83%) in the observation group and 1( 4. 17%) showed low expression,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in DCN expression between the ectopic endometrium and the eutopic endometrium of the two groups( P>0. 05); there was no significant difference in DCN expression between the endometrial cells and interstitial cells of the two groups of patients( P>0. 05). Conciusion: After endometriosis patients were treated with dydrogesterone,DCN in the endometrium showed high expression.
