【摘要】 目的:了解2014—2018年山西省某县参合宫颈癌患者住院费用、住院负担和新农合补偿情况,分析宫颈癌患者住院费用的影响因素。方法:将2014—2018年某县新农合报销的数据于Excel2010中进行赋值整理、汇总,运用SPSS22.0统计软件对不同年份、不同等级的医疗机构的参合宫颈癌患者住院费用及其影响因素进行分析。结果:参合宫颈癌患者住院率逐年下降(P<0.05),住院天数<10 d占50.07%,省级及以上医院占70.59%,住院天数、医院等级和年份对住院费用、补偿费用和住院负担有影响(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌住院人次有所下降,住院费用和负担比仍维持较高水平,鼓励新农合按病种付费和按疾病诊断相关分组付费(DRG),以减少患者住院费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the hospitalization status, burden and NCMS compensation of hospitalization expense, analyze the influence factors of the cervical cancer patients’ hospitalization expense, provide methods to control hospitalization expense and promote the development of NCMS policy. Methods: The reimbursement data of a county from 2014 to 2018 were collected and summarized in Excel2010, and SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the hospitalization expense of cervical cancer patients at different year and difference level of medical institution. Results: Cervical cancer patients hospitalized rate reduced year by year(P<0.05), hospitalization rate of hospital stay less than 10 days and at provincial and above hospital was the highest of 50.07% and 70.59%, respectively. The length of hospital stay, hospitalization grade and different years had significant influence on hospitalization expense, compensation expense and hospitalization burden(P<0.05). Conclusion: The hospitalization cost of cervical cancer patients is still very high and the compensation ratio is low. The length of hospital stay should be continued,the policy of diseases related to groups(DRG) should be implemented, and the intensity of compensation should be increased, so as to reduce the hospitalization burden of cancer patients and control hospitalization expense.更多还原
