【摘要】 目的:探讨评判性思维能力培养对压疮护理团队护士核心能力水平的影响。方法:选择神经内科、老年病科、呼吸科、康复医学科等科室共263名护理人员为研究对象,通过研究相关病例资料和文献,制定相关压疮护理制度规范,在此基础上对压疮护理团队中的护理人员进行评判性思维能力培养,记录并比较培训前后护理人员的评判性思维能力及护士核心能力。结果:与培训前比较,培训后评判性思维能力7个维度评分及总分[(302.37±22.39) vs (261.63±21.85)分]均有提高(P<0.05);护理人员进行培训后,其专业能力[(17.23±3.03)分]、临床医护水平[(27.32±4.14)分]、人际交往能力[(24.86±4.22)分]等核心能力各项指标水平均高于培训前(P <0.05)。结论:对压疮护理团队护理人员进行评判性思维能力培养可提高其评判性思维能力及核心能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the impact of critical thinking ability training on the core competence level of nurses in pressure ulcer care team.Methods:A total of 263 nursing staff from the Department of Neurology,Geriatrics,Respiratory Medicine,Rehabilitation Medicine,etc.were selected as research subjects.By studying relevant case data and literature,the relevant pressure ulcer nursing system specifications were formulated,and on this basis,pressure ulcers were established.Nursing staff in the nursing team conducted critical thinking ability training,and recorded and compared the critical thinking ability of nurses before and after training and the core competence of nurses.Results:Compared with pre-training,the scores of the seven dimensions of the critical thinking ability after training and the total scores [(302.37± 22.39) vs(261.63± 21.85) ] were improved(P<0.05);after the training,the professional ability of the nursing staff(The core indicators of 17.23±3.03),clinical nursing level(27.32±4.14),and interpersonal skills(24.86±4.22) were higher than those before training(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the nursing care staff of the pressure sore nursing team cultivated the critical thinking ability,their critical thinking ability and core ability have been significantly improved.更多还原
