【摘要】 现代学徒制是专业实践能力培养提升的有效途径之一。以高职院校纺织专业为例,剖析实践教学的必要性及存在的不足,以现代学徒制为根本,从实践教学主体、实践教学内容、实践教学实施、实践教学成果角度出发,提出学生教师与学徒师傅融合、实践技能学习与企业生产互通、学校上课与企业上岗对接、设计作品与直接产品转换的"四合一"体系,促进高职纺织专业实践教学的改革,为现代学徒制人才培养模式的实践打下良好基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern apprenticeship is one of the effective ways to improve the professional practice ability. Taking the textile major of higher vocational colleges as an example, the paper analyzes the necessity and shortcomings of practical teaching at present. Based on the modern apprenticeship, from the perspective of practical teaching subject, practical teaching content, practical teaching implementation and practical teaching achievements, it proposes the "four-in-one" system of integration with apprentice masters, practical skills learning and enterprise production intercommunication, school class and enterprise on-the-job docking to promote the reform and lay a good foundation of practical teaching in textile major of higher vocational colleges.更多还原
