【摘要】 目的研究清热活血方对不稳定性心绞痛患者内皮功能的影响。方法纳入116例热毒血瘀型不稳定性心绞痛患者,随机分为研究组(58例,清热活血方+西药)及对照组(58例,西药),比较2组患者治疗前及服用中药后1周、2周后一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(s ICAM-1)的水平,观察治疗前及治疗2周后硝酸酯类药物停减率,以探究清热活血汤对患者内皮功能的影响及用药安全性。结果治疗2周后,研究组硝酸酯类药物停减率明显下降。2组患者经治疗后ET、超敏C反应蛋白及s ICAM-1均较治疗前下降(P <0.05),研究组下降更为明显(P <0.01)。2组患者治疗后NO水平明显升高(P <0.05),研究组升高更明显(P <0.01)。在药物安全性方面,2组均无明显药物不良反应事件发生。结论清热活血汤安全有效保护不稳定性心绞痛患者内皮功能,能够减少不良心血管事件的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Heat-clearing and Blood-activating Recipe on endothelium function of unstable angia(UA) patients. Methods Totally 116 UA patients with toxic heat and blood stasis syndromes were randomly divided into test group(58 patients treated with heat-clearing and blood-activating recipe and western medicine therapy) and control group(58 patients only treated with western medicine therapy). The level of nitrogen monoxide(NO), endothelin(ET), high-sensitivity c-reactive protein(hs-CRP), soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1(sICAM-1) between two groups before and after treatment for one week and two weeks were compared, observed the decrease or stop rate of nitrate esters medication between two groups before and after two-week treatment were observed in order to observe recipe effects on endothelial function and drug safety. Results The decrease or stop rate of nitrate esters medication decreased significantly in test group after two-week treatment. The levels of ET, hsCrP and sICAM-1 were significantly decreased in the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05), which in test group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.01). After treatment, the level of NO increased in both groups, which was significantly higher in test group(P < 0.01). In drug safety analysis,there were no obvious adverse reactions happened between two groups. Conclusion Heat-clearing and blood-activating Recipe can safely and effectively protect UA patients endothelium function, which are helpful to reduce adverse cardiac events.更多还原
