3D打印个体化开口器在鼻咽癌患者放疗后张口锻炼中的应用
Application of 3D Printing Individualized Mouth Opener in Opening Mouth Exercise of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients after Radiotherapy
【摘要】 目的探讨3D打印个体化开口器与传统支撑锻炼用具对预防鼻咽癌放射治疗后张口困难的效果评价。方法选取本院行根治性放疗的鼻咽癌患者32例,通过随机分组,分为使用3D打印个体化开口器的观察组和使用传统支撑锻炼用具的对照组。放射治疗前、放射治疗结束时和放射治疗结束后6个月分别测量门齿间距,独立t检验其差异。有2例对照组分别因为门齿缺失和门齿松动转入观察组继续实施张口支撑锻炼。结果放射治疗结束时,观察组与对照组的门齿间距分别为(37.3±10.8)mm和(33.3±10.2)mm,2组间没有统计学差异(P=0.463)。放射治疗后6个月复诊时,观察组的门齿间距为(34.0±10.8)mm,大于对照组(26.3±9.4)mm,有显著统计学差异(P=0.043)。结论使用3D打印个体化开口器可更有效地降低鼻咽癌患者放疗张口困难的发生率,增大张口间距,提高患者生活质量。
【Abstract】 To compare the effectiveness of 3 D printed individualized mouth opener and traditional support exercise apparatus in preventing mouth opening after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 32 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with radical radiotherapy were randomly divided into two group, the experiment group used 3 D printed individual opener and the control group used traditional support exercise equipment. The incisor spacing was measured at the beginning, the end and 6 months after radiotherapy, and the difference was measured by independent test. Two patients in the control group were transferred to the experimental group because of incisor loss and incisor loosening. Results At the end of radiotherapy, the distance between the experimental group and the control group was(37.3±10.8) mm and(33.3±10.2) mm, respectively, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P = 0.463), either. Six months after radiotherapy, the distance of the experimental group was(34.0±10.8) mm, which was greater than(26.3±9.4) mm of the control group, with significant statistical difference(P = 0.043). Conclusion Using the 3 D printed individual mouth opener can effectively reduce the incidence of mouth opening difficulties in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, increase the interval of mouth opening and improve the quality of life of the patients.
