【摘要】 国内外老人安全用药情况、安全用药教育情况存在严重问题。我国老人在药物合用发生不良反应、医生诊断后用药以及滋补药品会有不良反应、阅读说明书、检查药物有效期方面存在问题;国外老人在自行用药、识别剂量、用药间隔、漏服药品、了解适用证、用药前咨询医生以及听广告购药方面存在问题。经统计分析,国内外老人用药前咨询医生方面差别显著,国内比例为44.5%,国外为64.3%;国内外老人自行用药方面差别显著,国内比例61%,国外为73%;国内外老人漏服药品方面差别显著,国内比例为44.1%,国外为71.9%。加大对老年人安全用药知识的普及和安全用药教育,是十分重要和紧迫的。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are serious problems in the situation of safety medication and education for the elderly at home and abroad. The elderly in China have problems in drug use, drug use after diagnosis and tonic drugs, reading instructions and checking drug expiry date. The elderly in foreign countries have problems in self-medication, dose identification, medication interval, drug omission, knowledge of applicable license, consultation with doctors before medication and listening to advertisements to purchase drugs. According to the statistical analysis, there is a significant difference between domestic and overseas elderly before taking medicine and consulting doctors, with a domestic proportion of 44.5% and a foreign proportion of 64.3%. There were significant differences in the use of selfmedication by the elderly at home and abroad, with 61% at home and 73% abroad. There was a significant difference in drug omission among the elderly at home and abroad, with the ratio of 44.1% at home and 71.9% abroad.
