百脉根分子生物学主要领域研究进展
Research progress on the molecular biology of Lotus corniculatus
【摘要】 百脉根(Lotus corniculatus)作为质量优良的多年生豆科牧草,其营养丰富、适口性好、生态适应性强,可广泛应用于畜牧养殖业、园林绿化以及土壤修复等,亦可用于草药制剂,治疗某些人类疾病。为扩大百脉根在生产实践中的应用,国内外对其开展了深入研究。本文简述了百脉根的7个研究领域包括遗传多样性与系统进化分析、抗逆境胁迫、抗除草剂、根瘤固氮、缩合单宁、作为生物反应器以及药理学应用的研究进展,分析了百脉根研究中存在的不足,并对百脉根的应用前景进行了展望,以期为百脉根的深入研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 Lotus corniculatus is a perennial leguminous forage of excellent quality. It is rich in nutrition, with good adaptability and strong ecological adaptability. It can be widely used in applications such as livestock breeding, garden afforesting, and soil restoration. Furthermore, L. corniculatus can be used in herbal medicine preparations to treat human diseases. In order to expand the application of L. corniculatus in production practice, many in-depth research studies have been performed domestically and internationally. This paper focuses on the current research progress in seven research fields,including genetic diversity and phylogenetic analysis, stress and herbicide resistance, nodule nitrogen fixation, condensed tannins, bioreactors, and pharmacological applications. The shortcomings and prospects of the application of L. corniculatus are discussed.
