茶枝栽培平菇对其生长及营养成分的影响

【摘要】 为拓展平菇栽培基质来源,本研究采用茶树枝条为主要基质原料,研究不同茶枝配比:0(CK),20%(PF-5),40%(PF-4),60%(PF-3),80%(PF-2),100%(PF-1),对平菇菌丝体生长、子实体氨基酸组分等养分的影响。结果表明:菌丝体在试管培养条件下,不同配方上生长速度差异显著,其中以PF-1上生长速度最大为6.76 mm·d-1,高于CK的6.39 mm·d-1(p<0.01)。而在实际生产栽培中,菌丝体在各配方上生长速度均大于8 mm·d-1,但差异不显著;不同茶枝替代比例处理下,平菇产量及生物学效率差异明显,前两潮菇总产量以PF-4最高达每袋1059.06 g,生物学效率为89.06%。茶枝栽培平菇其子实体氨基酸总量及必需氨基酸变化规律均为:PF-5>PF-4>CK>PF-3>PF-2>PF-1;各配方氨基酸总量以PF-5最大为25.7%,高于CK组24.35%;必需氨基酸:PF-5(10.13%),PF-4(9.84%)与CK比较增幅5.3%和2.29%;氨基酸总量与蛋白质的比值以PF-4最大为81.51%,较CK组提高3.42%。各处理产投比以PF-1最高可达2.38,是CK组的1.56倍;其他配方产投比均高于CK组的1.53。综上,研究表明利用茶枝栽培平菇技术具有可行性,且既能提高茶产业废弃物资源化利用率,又可提高经济效益。

【Abstract】 In searching for new substrate materials for cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus, tea twigs were formulated in media for the experimentation. Effects of the application on mycelial growth and fruiting body nutritional composition were evaluated. The substrates containing tea twigs to replace wood chips at 0%(CK), 20%(PF-5), 40%(PF-4), 60%(PF-3), 80%(PF-2)or 100%(PF-1) were employed for the cultivation. In a test tube culture, the mycelial growth rates varied significantly by the media the mushrooms grew on. Among the various media, PF-1 produced the highest mycelial growth rate of 6.76 mm·d-1, which was significantly higher than CK of 6.39 mm·d-1(p < 0.01). In cultivation, the mushrooms grew similarly on the various media at a rate greater than 8 mm·d-1 but varied significantly on fruiting body yields and biological conversion rates. The combined yield of the first two runs on PF-4 reached the highest 1,059.06 g/bag with a biological conversion rate of 89.06%, among all media. The contents of total and essential amino acids in the fruiting bodies also differed in the order of PF-5>PF-4>CK>PF-3>PF-2>PF-1. The greatest total amino acid content of 25.7% in PF-5-cultivated P. ostreatus was 24.35% higher than that in CK. On PF-5, the fruiting bodies had a content of essential amino acids of 10.13%, increased by 5.3% over CK; whereas, on PF-4, it was 2.29% with an increase of 9.84% over CK. For total amino acid/protein ratio, the mushrooms grown on PF-4 was 81.51%, i.e., 3.42% higher than CK. In so far as financial return on the operation is concerned, all tea-twig-containing media showed an input/output ratio higher than CK(i.e., 1.53), and the highest was found with PF-1 at 2.38, which was 1.56 times of CK. It appeared that cultivating P. ostreatus on media using tea twigs in the substrates to replace wood chips was feasible not only for the utilization of tea plantation waste but also the improvements on mushroom quality and economic benefit.
