杀青和初干方式对三峡库区香茶品质与效益的影响
Effect of Fixation and Initial Drying Methods on Quality and Efficiency of Fragrant Tea in Three Gorges Reservoir Region
【摘要】 研究以三峡库区夏秋茶鲜叶为实验材料,探讨了不同杀青方式和初干方式对香茶品质和效益的影响,对比不同杀青与初干工艺,其中蒸汽杀青、滚筒杀青机初干工艺可以显著提高香茶品质。同时探究了不同杀青方式、初干方式对香茶产率的影响,蒸汽杀青、滚筒杀青机初干制得的正茶率和香茶率均最高,更适合提高三峡库区香茶的总产量与产值。
【Abstract】 This research took the fresh tea leaves of summer and autumn in the Three Gorges area as experimental materials, and studied the effect of different methods of fixation and initial drying on the quality and efficiency of fragrant tea. The steam fixation and roller blasting machine could significantly improve the fragrant tea quality. At the same time, the effect of different ways of fixation and initial drying on the yield of fragrant tea were explored. The ratio of obtained tea and fragrant tea produced by steam fixation and roller blasting machine was the highest, which was more suitable for improving the total yield of fragrant tea in the Three Gorges reservoir area.
