【Abstract】 At this stage, the national economy is in the rapid development stage, the acceleration of urbanization process makes the city scale gradually expanded, which fully stimulated the development of the construction industry, and after nearly 20 years of rapid development period, has occupied an indelible position in the national economy. The paper focuses on the analysis of the problems related to the construction quality control of the high-rise office building for scientific research. As an office building for scientific research that can bring its special value into full play, there are many problems needing attention in the project construction stage, so it should be carefully analyzed. It is suggested by the paper that we take reasonable construction quality control measures to ensure better maintenance of the use of the project performance.更多还原
