【Abstract】 Under the strategic background of One Belt and One Road,it is imperative to stress the importance of construction of ethnic cultural resources in the construction of library database with ethnic characteristics,construction of cross-border ethnic cultural resources in particular. Based on an analysis of the current situation of construction of library database with ethnic characteristics using Chuxiong Normal University as an example,this paper suggests that it is desirable that,when constructing library database with ethnic characteristics,minority ethnic talents be used as advantageous resources,ethnic culture be protected and digitalized for utilization,the advantageous geographical position be made use of to strengthen exchange of ethnic culture,and state-of-the-art technology be applied in an all-round manner to display resources with ethnic characteristics.更多还原
