【Abstract】 "Three zones & one agglomeration" is a leading & overall national strategy grounded in Henan. The key to the success of the strategy includes the effect maximazation of the "three zones" and its effective integration with the development of central China city agglomeration.Based on the development stage of Henan, the paper analyzed and discussed the spillover of the development advantage of "three zones", and its integrated development with the central city agglomeration.
