【摘要】 2018年,教育部认定53家省部共建协同创新中心,建设期4年。协同创新中心承担新型智库的重要职能,是产学研合作的重要载体,与"双一流"建设关系密切,其绩效评估应立足于教育部协同创新中心原有体系,着眼于"双一流"的建设目标,构建符合省部共建特色的指标体系,突出特点,避免趋同。绩效评估机制应以动态调整为激励手段,以期最大限度地发挥社会服务功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2018, Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China identified 53 provincial and ministerial collaborative innovation centers, which will take four years to build. The center is an important carrier of industry-university-research cooperation and plays an important role as a new Think Tank. Its performance evaluation should be based on the original system of the collaborative innovation center of Ministry of Education, focus on the construction goal of "double first-class", build an indicator system that conforms to the characteristics of the co-construction of provinces and departments, highlight the characteristics, and avoid convergence.Meanwhile, it should take the dynamic adjustment as the stimulation and display the social service function.更多还原
