【Abstract】 As a result of today’s rapid technological change and fickle market demand,the transformation of traditional industrial parks must be deeply integrated with external resources and environment.As an emerging spatial model of urban innovation,the concept of "Innovation Districts" provides a guidance for the transformation of traditional industrial parks from two aspects:industrial organization and spatial organization.Taking two traditional industrial parks in Zhenhai District,Ningbo as an example,the paper analyzes the industrial status and spatial characteristics of the parks.By integrating the influence of the Ningbo Zhongguan Road innovation district,the paper sums up the two transformation modes of "park plus innovation" and "innovation plus park" from the aspects of industry and space respectively.更多还原
