【摘要】 随着《上海市城市总体规划(2017—2035年)》的获批以及"建设用地负增长"规划目标的明确,上海正式进入存量发展阶段,城市更新将成为未来城市建设的主要方式,构建与完善上海的城市更新体系成为急需面对的问题,在对上海城市更新体系现状进行梳理和总结的基础上,通过借鉴深圳、香港和台北的相关经验,提出构建和完善上海城市更新体系的思考,将上海的城市更新体系归纳为目标体系、政策法规体系、组织体系、规划编制体系和实施运作体系五个部分,最后对这五个部分分别提出优化和改善建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The approval of Shanghai Master Plan 2035,which stipulates "negative increase of construction land" signifies that Shanghai has officially entered the stage of inventory-based development. How to improve the urban renewal system of Shanghai becomes an urgent issue as urban renewal becomes the center of urban evelopment. Based on a review of current situation of Shanghai, as well as practices in Shenzhen, Taipei and Hong Kong, we summarize the urban renewal system of Shanghai into five parts: target system, policy and regulatory system, organizational system, planning system and implementation system. Furthermore, suggestions on improving the systems are proposed.更多还原
