多层复合抗爆结构的数值优化与试验研究
Numerical Optimization and Experimental Study of Multi-Layer Composite Blast-Resistant Structure
【摘要】 建立了高强度钢、聚脲弹性体、泡沫铝、超高分子量聚乙烯材料组成的多层复合结构模型。通过数值仿真分析不同结构、不同厚度分配下的多层复合结构的中心位移量、吸收能量、加速度响应,得到最优抗爆性能的复合结构,最后验证其抗爆性能。结果表明,该数值仿真分析方法可用于多层复合抗爆结构的优化设计,最优多层复合结构抗爆试验初步成功,对相关产品的后续研究可提供技术支撑。
【Abstract】 A multi-layer composite structure model composed soft high-strength steel,polyurea elastomer,aluminum foam and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene was established. The different structures and thicknesses were analyzed by numerical simulation. The central displacement, absorbed energy and acceleration response of the multi-layer composite structure under distribution were obtained,and the composite structure with the best blast-resistant performance was obtained. Finally,the blast-resistant performance of the composite structure was verified. The results show that the numerical simulation analysis method can be used for the optimization design of multi-layer composite blast-resistant structure. The blastresistant test of the optimal multi-layer composite structure is preliminary and provides technical support for the subsequent research of related products.
