线同步爆炸网络爆轰输出同步性偏差估算
Estimation of Detonation Output Synchronization Deviation on the LinearSynchronous Explosion Circuit
【摘要】 线同步爆炸网络需要采用复杂往复的折线连接以实现从输入端到各个输出端之间的等距离;针对沟槽内布药的线同步爆炸网络的爆轰传播时间误差和输出同步性进行了讨论,提出了爆轰传播时间误差和爆轰输出同步性偏差的计算方法;运用误差理论分析,得到了影响爆轰传播时间误差的3个主要因素为网络刻槽长度误差、装药爆速误差和网络装药拐角爆轰时间延迟误差,指出了应重点关注网络刻槽长度误差的影响;针对工艺制造过程分析得到了理论计算任意两输出端同步性偏差的三条原则;对"一入五出"线同步爆炸网络性能进行了分析计算和实验验证,五点输出同步性偏差最大为0. 140μs,小于理论分析值0. 15μs。
【Abstract】 The connection distances are equal from input point to every output terminals of the linear synchronous explosion circuit,and the connections are achieved by complex reciprocating broken line. It was mainly discussed about the linear synchronous explosion circuitof the explosive distributed in the substrate microchannel. The calculating method was obtainedof detonation propagation time error and output synchronizationdeviation. Three main factors affecting the detonation propagation time error were the substrate microchannel length error,charge detonation velocity error and charge corner detonation delay error,which were obtained with error theory. Attention wasfixedonthe substrate microchannel length error. The manufacturing process was pertinently analyzed,and three principles for calculatingsynchronization deviation between any two output terminals were putforward. The performance of "oneinputand fiveoutput "linear synchronous explosion circuitwas analyzed and verified by experiments. The experimental synchronization deviation was 0. 140 μs at the maximum,which was less than the theoretical value of 0. 15 μs.
