8Cr4Mo4V钢圆柱滚子外径面点状缺陷产生的原因及解决措施
Causes and Solutions for Point Defects in Outer Diameter Surface of Cylindrical Rollers Made of Steel 8Cr4Mo4V
【摘要】 采用体视显微镜、扫描电镜、激光共聚焦显微镜对8Cr4Mo4V钢圆柱滚子外径面点状缺陷进行了化学成分和形貌分析,得知了点状缺陷是由于磨削加工工艺不当造成的。通过一系列的工艺试验确定了有效避免点状缺陷的加工方法,可以提高圆柱滚子加工的外观质量,减少废品的产生。
【Abstract】 The chemical composition and morphology for point defects in outer diameter surface of cylindrical rollers made of steel 8 Cr4 Mo4 V are analyzed by means of stereoscopic microscope,scanning electron microscope and laser scanning confocal microscope. It is found that the point defects are caused by unsuitable grinding process. The processing method is determined to avoid point defects effectively through a series of process tests. The appearance quality is improved for processing of cylindrical rollers,and the waste products are reduced.
