圆柱滚子轴承径向跳动的仿真分析
Simulation Analysis on Radial Runout of Cylindrical Roller Bearings
【摘要】 根据拟静力学条件下轴承零件的几何协调关系和受力平衡方程,建立了圆柱滚子轴承径向跳动的数学仿真模型,并采用Nowton-Raphson法进行求解,分析了外圈滚道圆度误差幅值、谐波阶次及径向载荷、转速等工况条件对轴承径向跳动的影响规律。结果表明:随轴承外圈滚道圆度误差幅值和外圈转速的增大,圆柱滚子轴承径向跳动值增大;随外圈滚道谐波阶次增大,径向跳动值呈周期性变化;随径向载荷增大,径向跳动值减小。
【Abstract】 According to load equilibrium equation and geometric coordination relationship of bearing parts under quasi-static condition,the mathematical simulation model is established for radial runout of cylindrical roller bearings.The model is solved by using Newton-Raphson method,and the influence rules of amplitude and harmonic order of roundness error of outer ring raceway,radial load and rotational speed on radial runout are analyzed.The results show that the radial runout is increased with the increase of amplitude of roundness error of outer ring raceway and rotational speed of outer rings,and the radial runout presents a periodic variation with the increase of harmonic order of roundness error of outer ring raceway.The larger the radial load is,the smaller the radial runout is.
