【摘要】 由于规划与实施之间衔接不足,往往造成道路建设无法体现交通规划的意图和理念。以广州市广钢新城交通详细设计为例,探索交通详细设计的落地实施。从城市规划建设体系的角度进行三个层面的实践:1)详细设计层面,以道路功能为核心梳理完善交通设计要素,形成禁止类、控制类和引导类三类设计指引,细化控制要求;2)规划管理层面,以详细设计为基础优化道路规划设计条件,完善控制内容和深度,强化交通详细设计对道路建设的指导作用;3)道路建设层面,将交通详细设计成果纳入规划报建,进行方案审查,批复后直接作为工程设计的依据。实施结果表明,三个层面的实践有效保障了广钢新城交通规划理念的延续,具有较好的可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The gap between the planning and implementation often makes the built roads failure to carry out the design intent. Taking Guanggang Newtown as an example, this paper explores the implementation of detailed transportation design, which contains the practice at three levels from the point of view of urban planning and development system: 1) at the detailed design level, taking the road function as the core to refine all transportation design factors and using design guidelines to prohibit, regulate and guide all design elements; 2) at the planning management level, taking the detailed design as the basis to optimize the road planning and designing conditions and strengthening the guidance role of detailed design for road construction; 3) at construction level, using the results of detailed design in the construction plans and program review, and directly applying those results as the basis of engineering design once approval is received. The case study in Guanggang Newtown indicates that those practices can effectively ensure the planning ideas into implementation and have better constructability.更多还原
