【Abstract】 Based on the regional regeneration of Nanhai Temple area in the context of the"three olds(old town, old factory, and old village)regeneration" policy in Guangzhou City, this article analyzes the land-based development model and problems lurking in the model and discusses the possible resources that can be integrated in this area,as well as their values. The article raises the core issue in the regeneration from the perspective of value variances between the "urbanization of land"and the "urbanization of people", which is worth considering.更多还原
