【Abstract】 With the rise of new urban centers, old urban areas are faced with physical aging and functional decline. Aiming at the practical problems of the city’s old areas, this paper analyzes the spatial vitality characteristics of the old city of Guangzhou by using the POI data of Dianping APP, and builds a stepwise multiple regression model to measure the influencing factors of the vitality of the old city according to the correlation between the vitality and material space, therefore providing reference for policy suggestions更多还原
