境外园区与地方城市互动发展及影响因素研究——以中国—白俄罗斯工业园为例
Research on the Interactive Development and Influencing Factors of Overseas Parks and Local Cities: The Case of China-Belarus Industrial Park
【摘要】 伴随着我国境外园区在"一带一路"沿线全面铺开,其与地方城市产生的空间互动、职住互动、产业互动现象逐步显现。以中国—白俄罗斯工业园为例,首先分析了境外园区与地方城市互动发展的三大阶段,并建构了由外在推动力、环境支撑力、内在驱动力组成的动力机制模型。其次,运用线性回归分析等方法探讨了互动影响因素,结果显示境外园区建设与地方城市互动存在显著的正相关关系,园区内产业与地方技术互动、产业链整合引发的经济产业增长依然是初期园区与城市互动的最重要因素,城市及园区发展分别受空间互动及产业互动效应的影响最显著。最后提出以技术融合促进产业整合、以园区竞合助推区域发展耦合、以产城融合保障社会融合的建议,为我国境外园区优化发展提供参考。
【Abstract】 With the construction of China’s overseas industrial parks along the "Belt and Road",its interaction with local cities gradually emerged including occupational interaction,industrial interaction and even regional functional re-emergence. Taking ChinaBelarus Industrial Park as an example,this paper first analyzes the three stages of the interactive development of overseas parks and local cities,and constructs a dynamic mechanism model consisting of external driving force,environmental support force and internal driving force. Secondly,this paper uses linear regression analysis to explore the factors affecting interaction. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the interaction between overseas parks and local cities,the economic industry growth caused by industry and local technology interaction and industrial chain integration in the park is still the most important factor in the initial interaction of urban parks,and the development of cities and parks is most affected by spatial interaction and industrial interaction effects. Finally,it is proposed to promote industrial integration through technology integration,to promote regional development coupling through park competition,and to ensure social integration by integration of production and city,which provides a reference for the development of Chinese overseas parks.
