【Abstract】 The center for scientific and technological innovation is related to the direction and overall situation of the capital’s economic development, providing strategic path guidance for economic development. The center of scientific and technological innovation is the core support of the construction of the modern economic system. This paper analyzes the strategic path of building modern economic system in Beijing by the leading of scientific and technological innovation center which mainly includes the following aspects. firstly, tamp the building of innovation ability and Innovation subject, enhance the endogenous driving force of the economic development. secondly, perfect the ecological system of innovation and entrepreneurship, improve the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the ability of industrialization. thirdly, strengthen industrial innovation, promote the transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture, modern manufacturing industry and modern service industry to " high, precise and advanced " direction.更多还原
