电动汽车充电设施规划研究综述与展望
Review and prospect of charging facility planning of electric vehicles
【摘要】 电动汽车(electric vehicle, EV)作为缓解能源危机与环境污染的重要手段受到广泛关注,而EV的推广应用受充电设施数量不足、布局不合理等因素的制约,因此开展充电设施规划研究有利于促进EV的发展和应用。在此背景下,首先从点需求和流量需求2个方面介绍充电需求的时空分布研究情况;接着,根据充电设施使用场景与建设规模对规划对象进行分类,并对规划时需要考虑的因素进行梳理与分析;之后,对电网公司、EV运营商、EV用户3个利益主体的效益进行分析,阐述相关的充电设施规划目标与约束条件;随后,总结充电设施选址定容模型与算法;最后,分析现有研究的不足并对有待研究的问题进行展望。
【Abstract】 The development and applications of electric vehicles(EVs) have attracted wide attentions as an important means to alleviate the energy crisis and address the environmental pollution problem. However, extensive applications of EVs are limited by insufficient number and unreasonable layouts of charging facilities. Therefore, optimal planning of the charging facilities plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development and applications of EVs. Under this background, the space-time distribution of charging demand is first addressed from two aspects: the point demand and flow demand. Then, the planning objectives are classified according to the usage scenarios and construction scales of EV charging facilities. Meanwhile, the factors to be considered in the planning are sorted out and analyzed. Next, benefit analysis is carried out for three entities, i.e. the power grid company, EV operation organization and users. Objectives and constraints associated with the charging facilities planning also are elaborated with respect to different stakeholders. Hereafter, the models and algorithms of siting and sizing of EV charging facilities are summarized. Finally, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing research and looks to the problems to be studied.
