【Abstract】 The classification teaching is the necessary way to deepen the reform of the college English.It is the premise of the actual implementation of the theory of material-based education. Taking Boda College of Jilin Normal University as an example, the author discusses its meaning, theoretical basis, necessity,method, teaching content, rolling mechanism, advantages and problems and puts forward the improvement scheme.
