Co-Cr-W-Ni合金中碳化物析出机制的研究
Precipitation Mechanism of Carbide in Co-Cr-W-Ni Alloy
【摘要】 Co-Cr-W-Ni合金中碳化物的类型和析出机制对合金的力学性能影响显著,本实验采用XRD、SEM-EBSD和TEM技术研究了Co-Cr-W-Ni合金时效后碳化物的析出类型、分布特征和析出机制。结果表明,Co-Cr-W-Ni合金中碳化物的主要类型为M7C3、M6C和M23C6;M23C6型碳化物主要分布于孪晶与γ相晶粒的三叉交界处,与基体γ相是立方-立方的取向关系;M7C3型碳化物退化分解并原位析出M6C型碳化物,是Co-Cr-W-Ni合金中一种重要的碳化物析出机制。
【Abstract】 The type and precipitation mechanism of carbide in Co-Cr-W-Ni alloy have significant influence on the mechanical properties of alloy. Therefore, the precipitation type, distribution characteristics and precipitation mechanism of carbides after aging of Co-Cr-W-Ni alloy were studied in this work. The aged samples were characterized by XRD, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the main carbides are M7C3, M6C and M23C6. M23C6 carbide preferentially precipitates at grain boundaries and twin boundaries, and its relationship with matrix is of cube-cube orientation. The M7C3 carbide decomposing gradually with the M6C carbide precipitating in situ is an important precipitation mechanism of carbide in the Co-Cr-W-Ni alloy.
