碱脲体系中温处理对麦秆高得率制浆性能的影响

【摘要】 利用氢氧化钠-硫脲体系在中等温度以及高纤维浓度的条件下处理麦秆,通过单因素试验探究最佳处理工艺。结果表明:在用碱量5%、浸渍时间10min、处理温度50℃、处理时间60min的条件下,该体系对麦秆的预处理效果最佳。与自制麦草漂白化学机械浆相比,经氢氧化钠-硫脲体系预处理后制得的麦草漂白化机浆的细浆得率、白度、抗张指数和耐破指数分别提高1.5%、4.1%、14.6%和9.8%,同时磨浆能耗和松厚度分别降低13.5%和4.5%。两种漂白化机浆的结晶区结构和结晶度的差别不明显,元素含量无明显变化。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the NaOH-thiourea system was applied to treat the wheat straw under the conditions of medium temperature and high fiber concentration, and the optimal conditions were evaluated through single factor experiments. The results showed that the alkali dosage of5%, the impregnating period of 10 min, the treating temperature of 50℃,and the treating time of 60 min were proved as the optimal conditions.Compared with those of bleached chemi-mechanical pulp of wheat straw,the yield rate, whiteness, tensile index and burst index of the pulp prepared by NaOH-thiourea system were increased by 1.5%, 4.1%, 14.6% and9.8% respectively, the refining energy consumption and bulkiness were decreased by 13.5% and 4.5% respectively. Furthermore, there were no significant changes in structure of the amorphous or the crystalline regions and the element contents of fibers.
