【Abstract】 This paper selects the data of 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions) in China from 2002 to 2015, using GMM model empirically studies the mechanism and the effect of local government subsidies on China’s exports, and attempts to analyze the local government subsidies for regional exports with the effect of FDI.It was found that local government subsidies promote China’s local trade exports mainly through market segmentation, and FDI will weaken the positive effects of local government subsidies on regional exports.更多还原
