片状氧化铝/聚合物复合材料的研究进展
Progress of Study of Alumina Platelets Reinforced Polymer Composites
【摘要】 片状氧化铝主要应用于陶瓷复合材料中,在聚合物复合材料中也能有效提高聚合物的性能,因此具有重要的研究意义。本文总结了片状氧化铝的制备方法、表面改性方法以及片状氧化铝/聚合物复合材料的研究现状,指出了目前该复合材料研究中存在的问题。
【Abstract】 2-D alumina platelets possess excellent mechanical properties, good thermal conductivity, high hardness and abrasion resistance etc., and have the surfaces that can be easily modified. Compared with spherical and irregularly-shaped alumina particles, the 2-D alumina platelets endow polymeric composites with unique properties due to the surface steadily modified by the polymeric matrix. This article introduces the preparation methods of alumina platelets and the alumina platelets reinforced polymer composites, and reviews the progress in the study of alumina platelets/polymer composites, and summarized the main problems in this field.
