收尘粉混酸法正交试验提纯
Purification of Dust Collection by Mixed Acid Orthogonal Experiment
【摘要】 采用HF-HCl混酸法对预焙阳极生产环节中产生的髙灰分收尘粉进行了除灰提纯研究。以碳含量作为评判提纯效果依据,通过正交试验,考察了液固比、HF体积含量、浸出温度、搅拌时间对提纯效果的影响,确定了收尘粉提纯的最佳试验参数及影响碳含量的主要因素。结果表明,影响浸出率各因素的重要性依次为:液固比>氢氟酸体积含量>浸出温度>搅拌时间。当混酸与收尘粉的液固比为4.5mL/g,氢氟酸体积含量为40%,浸出温度为40℃,搅拌时间为30min时,提纯后的收尘粉碳含量最高,达到96.56%。
【Abstract】 The purification of dust collection generated in the prebaked anode production process were studied by orthogonal experiment using HF-HCl mixed acid.Carbon content was used as the criterian for judging the effect of purification.The effects of liquid-solid ratio,volume content of HF,leaching temperature and stirring time on the purification efficiency was investigated by orthogonal experiment.Then,the optimum experimental parameters of the dust collection purification and the main factors affecting the carbon content were determined.The results showed that the importance of factors affecting leaching rate is as follows:liquid-solid ratio> HF volume content>leaching temperature> stirring time.When the liquidsolid ratio of mixed acid to dust collection is 4.5 mL/g,HF volume content is 40%,leaching temperature is40℃and stirring time is 30 min,the carbon content of the dust collection is the highest after purification,reaching 96.56%.
