无机修补材料中钢筋阻抗谱特征及其护筋性能评价
Impedance Spectroscopy Characteristics and Corrosion Resistance Evaluation of Reinforcing Bar in Inorganic Repair Materials
【摘要】 无机修补材料在钢筋混凝土结构修补加固中具有很大潜力,在满足修补性能条件下具有较好的护筋性能非常重要。本研究采用电化学测试方法对普通硅酸盐水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥和磷酸镁水泥三种无机修补材料净浆体系中钢筋电极进行测试,分析不同时期的电化学阻抗谱特征和等效电路拟合后的水泥基体保护层电阻与极化电阻的变化规律,并对干湿循环条件下三种水泥硬化浆体的护筋性能进行评价。结果表明,普通硅酸盐水泥在钢筋脱钝前具有良好的护筋性能,但水泥基体保护层较薄时保护效果下降,磷酸镁水泥在基体保护层较薄时具有优异的体积稳定性和护筋性能,经干湿循环后仍未发现钢筋有锈蚀发展倾向。相同条件下,硫铝酸盐水泥的保护作用最差。
【Abstract】 Inorganic repair materials have great application potential in repair and reinforcement of concrete structure.It is very important for an inorganic repair material to have an ideal steel protection property besides that the requirements of repair performance are fulfilled.As the inorganic repair materials used in this study,ordinary Portland cement,sulphoaluminate cement and magnesium phosphate cement pastes were tested by electrochemical method.The results show that ordinary Portland cement has a good steel protection property before rebar depassivated,while the protective effect is weaker when the cement layer is thinner.Magnesium phosphate cement has excellent volume stability and steel protection property when the protective layer is thin.Even after wetting and drying cycles,steel still has no tendency to rust.Under the same conditions,the steel protection property of the sulphoaluminate cement is the worst.
