等离子体技术接枝苯磺酸甜菜碱改性对离子交换膜电阻的影响
Effect of Plasma-grafted SBMA Modification on Resistance of Ion Exchange Membrane
【摘要】 采用等离子体技术,利用两性物质苯磺酸甜菜碱(SBMA)作为接枝单体,对苯乙烯-聚氯乙烯为基体的离子交换合金膜进行改性研究,以膜电阻为主要考量技术指标,借助电化学工作站、扫描电镜技术(SeM)、红外光谱分析技术(FTIR)等探究最佳改性条件。结果表明:SBMA质量分数为5%、等离子体照射强度为0.75 W/cm~2、照射时长为10 min条件下改性效果最佳。改性后膜面致密平整,膜电阻降到3Ω以下。
【Abstract】 Ion exchange alloy films based on styrene-polyvinyl chloride(PVC) were modified by plasma technology using betaine benzene sulfonate(SBMA) as grafting monomer. The optimum modification conditions were investigated by means of electrochemical workstation, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). The results showed that the modification effect was the best when the mass fraction of SBMA was 5%, the plasma irradiation intensity was 0.75 W/cm~2 and the irradiation time was 10 min. After modification, the film surface was compact and smooth, and the resistance of the film was reduced to less than 3 Ω.
