海藻酸钠-水合二氧化锰功能球对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附性能研究
Study on the Adsorption Properties of Sodium Alginate-Hydrated Manganese Dioxide Functional Spheres for Cu(Ⅱ)
【摘要】 以海藻酸钠(SA)和水合二氧化锰(HMO)为材料,采用包埋法,通过溶胶-凝胶过程制备毫米级(2.9~3.1 mm)海藻酸钠负载水合二氧化锰(SA-HMO)功能球,研究了pH值、初始吸附浓度、吸附时间以及温度等因素对吸附过程的影响。结果表明:SA-HMO功能球吸附Cu(Ⅱ)的最佳pH值为5.5;对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附过程在14 h达到平衡,功能球对Cu(Ⅱ)的饱和吸附量为360 mg/g,吸附是自发的吸热及熵增过程;吸附等温线模型拟合结果表明,SA-HMO对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附行为更符合Freundlich模型,说明该吸附过程可能既涉及单层吸附又涉及多层吸附;拟一级和拟二级动力学模型拟合结果表明,该吸附过程可能同时存在物理作用与化学作用。
【Abstract】 Using sodium alginate(SA)and hydrated manganese dioxide(HMO) as materials, the alginate loaded manganese dioxide(SA-HMO) functional spheres(2.9—3.1 mm) were prepared by sol-gel process by embedding method. The effects of pH, initial adsorption concentration, adsorption time and temperature on the adsorption process were studied. The experimental results show that adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ) by SA-HMO functional sphere, the optimum adsorption pH was 5.5. The adsorption process of Cu(Ⅱ) reached equilibrium at 14 h, and the saturated adsorption capacity of functional spheres for Cu(Ⅱ) was 360 mg/g, the adsorption process is spontaneous, endothermic and entropy-increasing. The adsorption isotherm fitting results show that the adsorption behavior of SA-HMO to Cu(Ⅱ) is more in line with the Freundlich isotherm adsorption equation, indicating that the adsorption process may involve both the single-layer adsorption process and the multi-layer adsorption process. Pseudo-first-order and quasi-second-order kinetics models show that physical and chemical interactions are involved in the adsorption process.
