聚羧酸减水剂对硫铝酸盐水泥水化及硬化的影响

【摘要】 为研究聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)对硫铝酸盐水泥(SAC)水化及硬化的影响,本工作以PCE对SAC标准稠度用水量、初始流动度、经时损失、粘度、凝结时间以及强度的影响进行了试验,同时测试了PCE对SAC浆体的水化温升以及水化产物的影响。结果表明:PCE在SAC浆体中的最佳掺量为0. 4%,减水率可达33%以上,初始流动度可达375 mm以上,初凝与终凝时间分别由24 min和36 min延至117 min和129 min。PCE对SAC浆体的流动度改善明显,并产生一定的缓凝作用。PCE掺量在0. 2%~0. 4%范围内,早期强度发展缓慢,但不影响其后期强度的增长。PCE掺量为0. 4%时,7 d抗压强度达102 MPa,抗折强度达11. 6 MPa。相比对照组,7 d抗压强度提高41. 8%,抗折强度提高20. 8%。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this contribution is to study the hydration and hardening behavior of sulphoaluminate cement(SAC) paste with certain adding amounts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE). By designing and conducting relevant experiments,we determined multiple properties indexes for SAC,such as water requirement of normal consistency,initial fluidity,fluidity variation with time,viscosity,setting time and,strength,and also measured out the hydration temperature and the hydration products of SAC paste with PCE. The results indicate that the optimum dosage of PCE in the SAC paste is 0. 4%,under which the water reduction rate and the initial fluidity can exceed 33%,and 375 mm,respectively.Moreover,the initial and final setting time of SAC paste are extended from 24 min and 36 min to 117 min and 129 min,respectively. PCE has considerable improvement effect onto the fluidity of the SAC paste,as well as a certain postponing effect to setting and hardening. A PCE content within 0. 2% to 0. 4% leads to slow growth of early strength but exerts inconspicuous influence on the strength increase in the later stage. When the PCE content is 0. 4%,the 7 d compressive strength and flexural strength reach 102 MPa and 11. 6 MPa,which had the increments of 41. 8%and 20. 8% compared with the control group,respectively.
