苋菜主要农艺性状与产量的相关性研究

【摘要】 对30份苋菜资源的9个农艺性状进行测定,并对农艺性状进行比较和相关性分析。试验结果表明,不同材料间根质量、叶质量、茎质量和单株质量差异较大,其次是叶宽、叶长,再次为叶龄、株高和根茎粗,所有性状材料间均达显著水平;叶宽与叶龄呈负相关,说明叶龄越大(长势越快),相应品种的叶宽越小;茎质量、叶质量、根质量、根茎粗和单株质量彼此间存在一定相关性,除叶质量与根茎粗相关性不显著外,其他性状两两间均达显著水平,说明根茎越粗相应产量越高,因此根茎粗细可以作为评判苋菜产量高低的直观性状,并用于育种材料丰产性田间预估。

【Abstract】 Nine agronomic traits of 30 amaranth resources were determined, and the agronomic traits were compared and correlated. The results were showed that, all the traits were significant difference among different materials, and root weight, leaf weight, stem weight and individual plant weight were greatly different among different materials, followed by leaf width and leaf length, and then were leaf age, plant height and rhizome thickness. Leaf width was negatively correlated with leaf age, indicated that the larger the leaf age(the faster the growth trend), the smaller leaf width of the corresponding varieties. Stem weight, leaf weight, root weight, rhizome thickness and individual plant weight were more correlated with each other, but the correlation between leaf weight and rhizome diameter was not significant, and other traits reached to significant levels, indicated that the thicker rhizome, the higher yield. The rhizome thickness could be used as a direct character to estimate the yield of amaranth and high-yield breeding materials in the field.
