【Abstract】 Through the cultivation comparison of 12 introduced Pleurotus ostreatus strains in the local, the cultivars suitable for cultivation in this region were selected. The results showed that P04 and P12 performed well in yield,disease resistance, mushroom color, mushroom shape and other aspects, which were basically equal to or higher than those of the control. And P04 and P12 could be used as the substitute strains for main cultivars in local promotion and planting.更多还原
