玉米盛花期不同时间授粉对果穗结实性状的影响

【摘要】 为探索制种玉米(Zea mays L.)在种子生产过程中的最佳授粉时间,提高果穗的结实率,以玉米自交系郑58和PH4CV为试验材料,研究了盛花期不同时间授粉对玉米果穗结实性状的影响。结果表明:盛花期郑58自交系在9:00~11:00和16:00~18:00授粉果穗的秃尖长度短,穗长和穗粗值大,穗粒数较多;PH4CV自交系在9:00~13:00和15:00~18:00授粉果穗的秃尖长度短,且上午授粉果穗的秃尖长度短于下午,穗长和穗粗值大,穗粒数较多。综合2个自交系的考种结果可知:在9:00~11:00和16:00~18:00时间段内授粉,果穗的结实性状好;不同时间授粉对PH4CV自交系结实性状的影响较大,而对郑58自交系结实性状的影响则相对较小。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the optimal pollination time of maize(Zea mays L.)in the seed production process and improve the seed setting rate of ear,maize inbred lines Zheng 58 and PH4 CV are used as test materials to study the influence of pollination at different times of flowering period on the fruiting characteristics of maize ear.The results show that at 9:00~11:00 and 16:00~18:00 at the flowering stage,the length of bare tip is still short,the length and thickness of ear are large,and the number of grains per ear is large.For PH4 CV inbred lines at 9:00~13:00 and 15:00~18:00,pollinated the ear bald tip length is short,and the in the morning pollinated ear bald tip length is shorter than that in the afternoon,panicle length and panicle coarse values are larger,panicle grain number is more.The results of seed examination of two inbred lines show that the fruiting characters of fruit panicle are good during the period of 9:00 and 16:00 and 18:00,respectively.The effect of different times on the panicle traits of PH4 CV inbred line is relatively stable,and the effect of the seed setting trait of Zheng 58 inbred lines is relatively stable.
