炼油厂含油污泥的生物堆肥试验

【摘要】 炼油厂含油污泥含有高浓度石油类污染物,直接排放会损害土壤或地下水环境。对新疆某炼油厂含油污泥进行了为期60d的生物堆肥试验,发现A3 (油泥+营养剂+高效石油降解菌+土著微生物)堆肥方案可以降解82.3%的石油类污染物,相比A1 (油泥+营养剂)、A2 (油泥+营养剂+高效石油降解菌)堆肥方案的石油降解率分别提高了17.6%、29.1%。

【Abstract】 Refinery oily sludge contained high concentration of petroleum pollutant,which could damage the soil or groundwater environment if it was directly discharged.A 60-day biopiles experiment was carried out on the oily sludge of a refinery in Xinjiang.It was found that the A3(sludge+nutrient+high-efficiency petroleum-degrading bacteria+indigenous microbes)composting program could degrade 82.3% of petroleum pollutants.Compared with A1(oily sludge+nutrient),A2(oily sludge+nutrient+high-efficiency petroleum degrading strains)composting program,the oil degradation rate increases by 17.6% and 29.1%,respectively.The results provide theoretical guidance for further research on the remediation of oily sludge pollution in refineries.
