类志贺邻单胞菌耐药基因检测与耐药性关系的研究

【摘要】 为研究类志贺邻单胞菌的耐药表型和耐药基因之间的关系,采用K-B纸片扩散法对55株类志贺邻单胞菌进行耐药性鉴定,同时采用PCR方法对相关耐药基因进行检测。药敏试验结果显示,55株类志贺邻单胞菌对30种抗生素药物产生不同程度的耐药性,其中对克林霉素(98.2%)、万古霉素(98.2%)、氨苄西林(90.9%)、麦迪霉素(89.1%)、羧苄西林(89.1%)、苯唑西林(87.3%)的耐药性较高。TEM、gyrB和tetR基因PCR检出率分别为18.2%、67.3%和36.4%,其中39株致病菌至少含有1个耐药基因。试验结果表明,分离所得的全部类志贺邻单胞菌均多重耐药,耐药基因和耐药表型之间呈现一定的相关性,但非一一对应。

【Abstract】 The drug resistance characters were tested by Kirby-Bauer method and the antidrug genes including TEM, gyrB and tetR genes were detected by PCR method in 55 strains of Plesiomonas shigelloides isolated to investigate the relationship between drug resistance and related genes. Results showed that the strains of P.Shigelloides had resistance to 30 kinds of antibiotics on some extent, most being resistant to clindamycin(98.2%), vancomycin(98.2%), ampicillin(90.9%), medemycin(98.1%), carbenicillin(98.1%), and oxacillin(87.3%). The PCR analysis revealed that the positive rate was of 18.2% to TEM, 67.3% to gyrB, and 36.4% to tetR in the 55 strains, in which 39 isolates contained one or more resistant genes. The findings indicated that P.shigelloides showed multiple drug resistance, without significant correlationship between drug-resistant genes and drug resistance.
