双磁悬浮振子结构地铁轨道监测小波分析
Wavelet Analysis of Subway Track Monitoring with Double Magnetic Suspension Oscillator Structure
【摘要】 为实现地铁机车的振动测量设计了双磁悬浮振子结构地铁机车振动测量系统。通过实测和最小二乘函数拟合方法获得振子所受磁斥力与位移的函数关系。分别推导了两个磁悬浮振子的振动方程,建立了双磁悬浮振动测量系统仿真模型。分析表明双磁悬浮振子的灵敏度高于单磁悬浮振子。实测了地铁在匀速运行无振动、匀速运行有振动的波形,并在地铁站台测量了机车进站对站台造成的振动。采用多尺度一维小波分解函数对振动信号进行了分析,得到不同情况下的振动特征,最后对振动波形进行了重构。实测表明,设计的双磁悬浮振子结构地铁机车振动测量系统的可实现机车振动测量,对于地铁轨道故障检测具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 In order to measure the vibration of a metro locomotive,a vibration measurement system having double magnetic suspension vibrator was designed. The relationship between magnetic repulsion force and displacement of the magnet was obtained by the experimental method and the least square fitting method. The vibration equations of two magnetic suspension oscillators were deduced respectively. A simulation model of double magnetic suspension vibrator vibration measurement system was established. The analysis shows that the sensitivity of the double magnetic suspension vibrator is higher than that of a single magnetic suspension vibrator. The vibration waveforms were measured,that is,the locomotive without vibration at constant speed,and the locomotive having vibration at constant speed,and the vibration caused by locomotive entering the station at the subway platform. The multi-scale one-dimensional wavelet decomposition function was used to analyze the vibration signals,and the vibration characteristics of different cases were obtained. Finally,the vibration waveforms were reconstructed. The measurement results show that the double magnetic suspension vibrator structure subway locomotive vibration measurement system has high sensitivity,and it has certain application value for the track fault detection of metro.
