面向未来移动通信的可调谐双频PIFA天线
Tunable Dual-Band Planar Inverted-F Antenna for Future Mobile Communication
【摘要】 针对未来移动通信,提出了一种新颖的采用可调电感和电容TIC(Tunable Inductor and Capacitor)方法的可调谐双频平面倒F天线PIFA(Planar Inverted-F Antenna)。两个可调电容(C1和C2)和一个可调电感(L)的调谐范围分别为0.1 pF~2.0 pF、12.0 pF~20.0 pF、4.6 nH~15.8 nH。HFSS仿真结果表明,在回波损耗大于14 dB条件下,采用TIC方法的单根可调谐双频PIFA天线的两个频率范围分别为700 MHz~970 MHz和1 690 MHz~2 710 MHz,可以完全覆盖中国2G/3G/4G频谱。本研究为进一步减小天线尺寸提供有效方法,可在5G移动通信中得到重要应用。
【Abstract】 A novel tunable dual-band planar inverted-F antenna( PIFA) with tunable inductor and capacitor( TIC) is proposed for future mobile communication. The tuning ranges of two tunable capacitors( C1 and C2) and one tunable inductor( L) are 0. 1 p F ~ 2. 0 pF,12. 0 p F ~ 20. 0 p F,and 4. 6 n H ~ 15. 8 n H respectively. HFSS simulation result shows that two frequency ranges of a single tunable dual-band PIFA with TIC are 700 MHz ~ 970 MHz and 1 690 MHz ~ 2 710 MHz at | S11| >14 d B. The frequency bands of the tunable dual-band PIFA with TIC can fully cover2 G/3 G/4 G spectrum in China. This study provides an effective method for further reducing antenna size,and can be used in 5 G mobile communication.
