血型判读系统中的边缘检测算法研究
Research on The Edge Detection Algorithm in Blood Group Interpretation System
【摘要】 血型判读是最基本的医疗辅助工作,在日常生活中能正确且快速的判断出血型有着重大的意义。针对便携式装备获取数字图像结果时易受到光照等因素的影响,造成图像背景不均匀等现象,提出在同态滤波的基础上使用数学形态学的方法去除背景亮度不均匀的影响,即使用数学形态学中的高低帽变换使对比度得到增强,进而改善同态滤波出现的部分像素过增强的现象,使同态滤波后的结果更加完整、准确,为之后的图像识别工作提供技术基础。实验表明,该方法能得到较好的图像边缘。
【Abstract】 Blood type assessment is the most basic medical assistance work,if in daily life it has great significance that the blood type can be correctly and quickly determined. The digital image results of portable equipment were easily affected by the factors such as illumination, image background uneven phenomenon. In this paper, using mathematical morphology method to remove the influence of background brightness non-uniformity was put forward on the basis of homomorphic filtering. The contrast was enhanced by using mathematical morphology of the high-low hat transformation;thus the part of the pixels enhance phenomenon in the homomorphic filtering has been improved;the homomorphic filtering result was made more completely and accurately;and the technical basis was provided for the image recognition after work. Experiments show that this method can get better image edges.
