用于标准散射体定标的均匀照明光学系统设计

【摘要】 根据用于校准能见度仪的标准散射体定标系统的照明需求,设计了均匀照明系统。结合照明光学系统的技术指标精度及范围,分析选取LED作为系统光源;基于聚光器二次配光设计的思路,分析了CPC二次配光反射镜的设计依据,进而完成设计;设计了开普勒式准直光学系统以及积分式匀光系统,利用软件对均匀照明光学系统进行仿真分析并进行实验验证。实验结果表明,均匀照明系统的出射光发散角优于±4.3°、辐照面均匀性优于90.98%,满足近似平行光均匀照明使用条件。

【Abstract】 Based on illumination requirements for standard scattering calibration system of calibrating visibility meters,uniform illumination system was designed. In consideration of accuracy and scope of technical indicators for optical system,LED was selected as system optical source. In consideration of accuracy and scope of technical indicators for optical system,LED was selected as system optical source. In view of secondary light distribution design,the design was completed by analyzing the design based on the CPC secondary optical distribution reflector. The Kepler collimating optical system and integral uniform light system were designed. Simulation analysis on the uniform illumination optical system was verified by using the software and proved by experiments. The experimental results showed that the emergent-light angle of high uniformity stable lighting system was better than ±4.3. The uniformity of the irradiating surface was better than 98.98%,which the conditions for the uniform lighting of approximately parallel light were satisfied.
