【摘要】 为研究心理护理对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)伴抑郁患者的整体疗效及护理满意度的影响,以2017年11月—2018年9月间入本院治疗的94例KOA伴抑郁患者为研究主体,分成A组和B组,均是47例。A组给予心理护理,B组给予常规护理,对比护理效果,结果表明:A组的膝关节功能恢复优良率为89. 36%,B组为70. 21%,对比有差异(P <0. 05)。护理后,两组的抑郁评分、疼痛评分均低于护理前,且A组低于B组,对比组间和组内数据有差异(P <0. 05)。A组的护理满意度为95. 74%,B组为80. 85%,对比差异显著(P <0. 05)。说明为KOA伴抑郁患者进行心理护理可改善其膝关节功能,消除其抑郁情绪和疼痛症状,具有较佳的护理价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on the overall efficacy and nursing satisfaction of patients with knee osteoarthritis( KOA) with depression. methods: 94 patients with KOA with depression who were admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to September 2018 were the main subjects of the study. Divided into group A and group B,both were 47 cases. Group A was given psychological care and group B was given routine care. The effects of care were compared after that. Results: The excellent and good rate of knee function recovery in group A was 89. 36%,and that in group B was 70. 21%. The difference was significant( P < 0. 05). After nursing,the depression scores and pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the A group was lower than the B group. There was a difference between the comparison groups and the intra-group data( P < 0. 05). The satisfaction of nursing in group A was 95. 74%,and that in group B was 80. 85%. The difference was significant( P < 0. 05).
