一类电泵机组掉井事故分析及解决措施

【摘要】 新疆塔里木油田在应用防落接头的电泵机组油井施工过程中,曾多次发生电泵掉井事故,存在很大的安全隐患。结合油田现场实际问题,从原理上分析问题所在,并采用最简单、经济的方法实现工艺的改进,完美解决了新疆塔里木油田不带筛管方案应用电泵机组的掉井隐患问题,得到了油田和现场施工人员的肯定和认可。

【Abstract】 At present, during the oil well construction in Tarim Oilfield of Xinjiang, there have been many accidents in which the electric pump has fallen out of the well. In this paper, based on the actual field problems of the oilfield, the problems are analyzed from the principle, and the simplest and economic method is adopted to improve the process, which perfectly solves the hidden trouble of the application of electric pump unit without screen pipe scheme in Xinjiang Tarim Oilfield.
